Customer Support Facilities

Warehousing is centrally located, currently holding a generous stock of new equipment, consumables and spare parts. This inventory consists of all the necessary equipment required for yours and many other businesses. Our warehouse is supported through overnight replenishment from various suppliers.

Consumables/Toners are held within our warehouse to ensure they are always at the ready for our customers. Items such as toner, developer, imaging units, and waste containers are held in our warehouse for quick and easy delivery. We cover most Brands like Kyocera printers and Copiers, Epson Mulitfunction and Ink Jet Printers, Sharp, HP, OKI

Technical Support Team

Our expertly trained technical support team are some of the most experienced individuals in the industry. Each staff member has a fully equipped vehicle, containing components required to facilitate swift response to customers needs.

Support Equipment is readily available for any of our clients. This ensures businesses continue running smoothly with a backup machine whilst their main machine is undergoing maintenance.

Specialist Vehicles used by our technicians feature hydraulic tailgate lifts, designed to safely and efficiently transport equipment to our clients without the need for an external courier.

Spare Parts are housed within the warehouse in order to support the ‘Van Stock’ held within the Customer Engineer Support Vehicle. This stock is ordered on a daily basis to ensure parts are readily available for maintenance.
